Overview
Moving from team to team within FS Advisory completing tasks and assisting on projects whilst learning from colleagues.
Skills
Learnt more about using PowerBi and Excel in the workplace.
Responsibilities
This is highly team dependent. In some teams you would be given a fair amount of work and responsibility and others would focus more on your development and sitting and learning from others. Both are very valuable.
Support & Guidance
Lots, regular check in's with my Buddy and People Manager helped support me in my development and made me feel like my learning was a priority for them.
Culture
BDO company culture is very relaxed and supportive in general. Is much more supportive than other comparable firms (Big 4 etc).
