Overview
Coordinating recruitment processes of FDM in UK and EMEA. Conducting business introduction presentations. Recruiting graduates for our graduate programme. Also do my best to get stuck into any project where I can be of assistance

Responsibilities
Yes throughout the year I was given more responsibility leading to me now being a pivotal member of my team.
Support & Guidance
Great support from all management and colleagues, guiding me through difficult tasks.
Culture
Amazing culture, very jovial atmosphere. Flexibility and my happiness always felt like a priority.
Your Impressions
Found it difficult at the start being classed as an intern with lesser responsibilities than others however with guidance and support I was given more work. Which ultimately left me happy with my day to day tasks. So I would say it was enjoyable.

Immerse yourself in company culture and work hard to get their desired results within the placement, plenty of opportunities to upskill and support around that with many industry experts.
