Overview
We worked on a case study in groups finding alternatives and solutions to the problem faced by the company by analysing their data and ensuring the decision made was effective.
Skills
I have learnt communication skills to carefully articulate my thoughts into meaningful phrases. I also worked on team working skills as we worked in groups all together to find an alternative with different expertise.
Business Insight
It was very interesting because they are so many different roles with different skills required which shows how diverse and dynamic Deloitte is.
Culture
It was great! Everyone I talked to from Deloitte emphasised how they had been working for so many years which is reflective of how the work atmosphere is really great. It feels like a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to work hard and showcase your skills while improving and refining your skill.
Your Impressions
To a large extent, I enjoyed the insight. It was a great opportunity to know about what Deloitte does on a day to day basis and meeting with people who work there allowed me to get the full picture.
