Overview
Spring into Deloitte in Manchester is a two-day insight programme for first-year 西瓜视频s, featuring workshops, networking, and team activities. It introduced me to roles in Audit, Tax, and Strategy, and I gained a strong understanding of Deloitte鈥檚 culture, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Skills
I developed my teamwork and communication skills through group activities and case studies. I also improved my commercial awareness by learning how Deloitte supports clients across different industries, and gained confidence in a professional setting by networking with employees and asking questions during panel session
Business Insight
It was eye-opening to learn about the wide range of roles available at Deloitte beyond just accounting. The sessions clearly explained how different departments like Audit, Tax, and Technology work together, and helped me see how my skills could fit into various areas of the business.
Culture
The company culture at Deloitte felt welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. Everyone was approachable and happy to share their experiences. There was a strong emphasis on collaboration, personal development, and diversity, which created a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the programme.
