Overview
A thorough open and collaborative space allowing for questions and information to be shared throughout. It was a welcoming space with set schedules with different speakers and different work fields.
Skills
During one of the activities we were given the opportunity to create a presentation to a company allowing us to work together and spark ideas for different solutions towards benefiting a company in terms of production, costs and marketing, This has allowed me to become familiar with public speaking and adapting to work with people i鈥檝e never met, allowing for networking and further connections.
Business Insight
It gave me a clear and concrete idea of what it is like to explore and work towards a certain role, and what different fields and careers would require you to do.
Culture
Very friendly and welcoming, never a moment where I felt out of place or uncomfortable. Deloitte staff are extremely helpful and provide help in terms of all areas.
Your Impressions
It was extremely enjoyable, it is a shame that it was only two days, however both days were full of insight and networking.
Yes
Be confident and stay true to yourself, Deloitte are welcoming and would rather you stay who you truly are as there is a diverse in culture, race, and personality.
