Overview
The organisation and structure of the programme was very good, the agenda was always clear and I always knew where to go. Activities involved numerous informative talks, Q and A s, discussions, dinners and, most importantly, a case study that was very useful to do with my team.

Presentation skills, networking, analytical skills, research, problem solving, case study
Business Insight
Very useful as I did not know the amount of diverse roles Deloitte offers, and how you are able to switch between roles. It was useful to understand what qualifications need to be taken too.
Culture
Very supportive, encouraging, inclusive. Everyone was very positive and there was no anxiety to speak to anyone.
