Overview
Listened to presentations about the company and its operations. Participated in Q&A sessions with senior employees. Engaged and networked with 西瓜视频s from leading universities across the UK. Worked in groups on a case study.
Skills
Developed group work skills, learning to both lead the discussion and participate in it. Improved public speaking and presentation skills. Vastly improved networking and communication skills, thanks to interacting with large groups of 西瓜视频s daily. Developed technical skills, thanks to insightful presentations by speakers.
Business Insight
It was great and all encompassing. Speakers and group activities gave us a chance to gain a thorough understanding of both Deloitte鈥檚 Audit and Tax divisions.
Culture
The culture was distinctively inclusive and welcoming. Deloitte clearly invests a lot in their people, and it can be seen from the earliest stages of early careers recruitment.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the SID program. It was a comprehensive, engaging and informative insight into Deloitte, and Audit and Tax divisions.
