Overview
A 2 day programme filled with workshops, mainly group work. We also listened to speakers to give us insights into the firm. We also had to work on a client issue and develop solutions to present to other teams and senior Deloitte members.

Business Insight
The experience gave me a more in-depth understanding of what Deloitte is and its business operations. We were all made very aware of what potential roles were available to us and what further opportunities we can look out for.
Culture
Everyone seemed so bubbly and happy to be themselves, creating a welcoming environment.
