Overview
Listening to various panelists and speakers to gain an understanding of their jobs and the variety of opportunities and roles at Deloitte. Engaged in a case study over both days in small team, ending with a presentation to Deloitte partners.
Skills
Presentation skills have significantly developed - speaking about concepts that I was previously unfamiliar with. General knowledge of tax and audit has greatly improved
Business Insight
Very comprehensive - I was amazed at the variety of roles at Deloitte. Great to understand how different teams collaborate together to find solutions for clients.
Culture
Amazing to see how amiable and supportive the dynamic was between colleagues. Everyone was extremely helpful and wanted to challenge us to do our best

I loved it! It was a brilliant opportunity to learn about an area that I didn鈥檛 have much experience in. Brilliant location and great company culture - I felt very supported and valued.

I think there was a very heavy emphasis on being yourself throughout the application process and not trying to guess what the interviewer might be wanting you to say.
