Overview
Completing research tasks to be assessed, assisting my supervisors with work, attending presentations and case study exercises, networking with lawyers at the firm, attending social events with the other vacation schemers.
Skills
I have had the opportunity especially to practice my research, problem solving and analytical skills whilst also networking with associates and partners at the firm. I have developed a high level of attention to detail in a commercial setting whilst improving my communication skills.
Business Insight
We had several opportunities at presentations and networking events to gain a high level of insight into the career prospects at the firm. All members of the firm were incredibly welcoming and supportive of our early development and interest in the firm.
Culture
Extremely welcoming, open minded, encouraging and overall enthusiastic. Everyone here is willing to learn and take initiative.
