Overview
We started off with introductions to the insight programme as well as to fellow 西瓜视频s. We then were put into groups where we had a client and we had to identify issues while providing solutions. We presented these after completion. We also had a plethora of talks from current Deloitte employees regarding DEI, career progression and in-depth information into what the company does
Skills
Yes, my presentation and collaboration skills were drastically improved by the task we鈥檙e given over the two days
Business Insight
It was insightful as we saw the different career progressions current employees experienced, which showed us the different opportunities which are available to us
Culture
It was a very nurturing atmosphere. It was clear that they cared about all of our learning from the structure of the insight week to the way they communicated with us on individual levels. There was also a clear emphasis on DEI
