Overview
We mostly did group work with different activites on the first day and on the Second day we got a case to prepare for and present to a panel of senior executibes at deloitte.
Skills
I honed my teamwork and presentation skills through this insight programme. I also developed my analytical skills when it came to extracting key information from long reports
Business Insight
Very enlightening to know there are many different pathways to choose from.
Culture
The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. I think it definitely incentivised people to be more relaxed and stop feeling so pressured to show the seniors they were the best out of the lot.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the programme, particularly meeting new people from the programme and getting to ask the leadwrs of the programme about the work culture.
Yes
I would encourage everybody to apply and most importantly to be themselves when answering the interview questions and when presenting.
