Overview
Once assigned to a team you would support them by completing tasks on actual live client work. You would receive coaching from someone on the team to walk you through how to use Aura (PwC Audit tool) to be able to complete your tasks. You will also be participating in a social enterprise project where you are in a team with other interns to present ideas to an existing business in Dragon's Den Style.
Skills
I can confidently use Aura and Excel.
Business Insight
You are encouraged to ask questions and there is always someone willing to answer any queries you may have no matter their rank.
Culture
Great company culture. Interns were encouraged to socialise with those in their business units via socials and lunches that were organised. The dress for your day policy its extremely convenient. No matter the rank an employee was - associate to director - everyone was approachable and willing to help in any capacity.
Your Impressions
I would recommend this internship.
Yes
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't be intimidated by rank, everyone is willing to help and speak to you. Don't worry about buying a bunch of formal clothes, you can dress for your day!
