Overview
Operate on a 3 department rotation. Admin, Payroll and L&D.

Yes - a lot more that I expected. In a good way.
Support & Guidance
From my whole team. Manager was very supportive. Intern community made it much more sociable as well.
Culture
Inclusive. Kind. It was hard to experience as COVID meant working from home but virtually it was a good culture.
Your Impressions
9/10 - the team really tried to help and further my career development. I feel very fortunate for having had this experience. I would recommend BSH to any once looking for a placement.

Get involved in everything possible. The people are lovely so its easy to have positive experiences.
