The Role
I really enjoyed my time at PwC, I was allowed to be involved in many different teams and was busy on interesting work throughout the whole period.
Immediately upon joining I was invited to socials and other events. Regarding work I wasn't given any of the typical intern tasks like printing or making tea, instead I was given proper work where I was able to properly contribute.
Throughout the whole time everything was always explained, and even in a rush on a one off job, it was explained and allowed time for any questions. Which always gave me a good grasp of everything I touched.
I was very busy, it wasn't any easy internship but was challenging and interesting so perfect for what I wanted.
I was surprised at how much I was given as I went on to write DD reports which were given directly to the client.
These skills I have learnt will allow me to easily transition into any job within financial services.
The Company
The office is a great working atmosphere with a general buzz of stuff happening all the time.
Everything was thought out and allowed me to get the most out of my internship.
They invested into my knowledge.
