The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks at PwC. Met some great people and learned a wide range of skills from top professionals, whilst gaining some invaluable experience of the the industry.
Colleagues made me feel very valued and I felt that they gave me rewarding responsibility.
The coaching during my internship at PwC was exceptional and helped further my development.
Given a range of diverse tasks on a daily basis.
Given significant responsibility by my Seniors in a range of tasks.
The skills I have learned and hope to develop are very relevant to my course, and even more relevant to my future career plans in general.
The Company
At the main headquarters the atmosphere was very professional but also very friendly. At the client site it was slightly more quiet but there was a strong sense of team cooperation.
Extremely well organised and thoroughly engaging for us as interns.
I felt like the firm really valued each intern and invested a significant amount of time and resources into our time at the firm as well as our potential futures with them.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Numerous opportunities within the firm, many of which are very appealing to myself. Opportunities globally due to the vast number of offices around the world, as well as internally within the various service lines at PwC.
The Culture
Very good social scene amongst the interns and regular meet ups.
London is notoriously slightly more expensive but was absolutely fine.
Located in the heart of London, nightlife was very good.
As it was only a short internship we did not get a chance to experience the full perks of the firms activities outside of work.
