The Role
I absolutely loved it.
The team was very welcoming and included me in multiple out-of-hours social events.
Both my buddy and people manager were very supportive and gave me guidance whenever I needed it.
The amount of work that I had to do depended on two things: how busy the team were and how much work I actively sought. I was never left without anything to do.
Not very much at the beginning but this increased significantly with time.
I am now far more proficient in programming which will assist me in one of my modules next year at university. Furthermore, my communication and time management skills have developed significantly during my time here which will help me in all areas of my life.
The Company
The general atmosphere in the office was excellent. It was both relaxed and hard-working at the same time. This made it a very welcoming place to come to every morning.
The internship was very well organised. Everybody knew what was going on at all times.
The whole of the first week was dedicated to inductions. The first three days were spent at Beaumont House with all of the other interns from across the UK and the next two days were spent at an external venue in London with the other interns based in London.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Extremely. I would love to come back as a graduate.
The Culture
They were all really friendly. We regularly met up after work for drinks.
I was in London so it was quite pricey!

Yes. PwC has many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work.
