About You
The insight at PwC was a very pleasant experience and my favourite insight of my 2 spring weeks. Everything seemed very coordinated and organised throughout the whole event. Although it is only for a few days, I鈥檝e enjoyed meeting so many like-minded and great people including senior management and to listen to interesting presentations.
My time at PwC was very inspiring and it was an unforgettable experience to be part one of the prestigious auditing companies. I felt valued because I had the opportunity to talk to senior managers and our advisors encouraged everyone to get involved. Furthermore, all employees were friendly and sometimes started a chat and showed interest in us as individuals
The support throughout the insight at PwC was great. I was nervous at first and wondered how I will handle this new situation. But, the support from moderators during group tasks at any time or in general took away any concerns that I had. As I have heard from the other interns, they all felt well supported.
Having accounting modules in my degree the internship definitely helped to gain knowledge which will be very beneficial in my studies. However, and in my opinion more importantly, are the transferable skills that I have gained that will be helpful in any life situation later such as communication skills or team working skills.
The Company
This internship was very well structured and followed a strict programme which was handed out to us at the beginning of the insight. Everything was followed perfectly and could be seen as sort of a FAQ. This helped me personally to gain a great insight over my time there and what I can expect which in turned allowed me to prepare mentally and be on top of my game.
The atmosphere was throughout the event was professional but very fortunately very relaxed and open at the same time. The culture at PwC is very pleasant and everyone seemed friendly and enjoyed working there. In addition, the other interns were very motivated and ambitious individuals who made the whole experience much better.
The company PwC has invested a lot for only a few days. Everything from paying for the transport, organising accommodation, events with senior managers and working with employees during activities were all very positive experiences and only reflected the big investment of the company in order to provide a good experience.
This internship helped me a lot to figure out what I want to pursue in life. Being an audit intern I have learned a lot about marketing and how different it actually is from what I have envisioned. Nevertheless, I loved it and especially being part of such a large organisation attracted my interest.
In my personal point of view the insight helped me a lot in getting a taste of the company culture at PwC. I have learned a lot about the daily life of a PwC employee and it is exactly what I want to do later in my life. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there and to talk about their own experience. Graduate scheme 西瓜视频s were very positive about their time there.
Everything Else
This internship is a great opportunity for everybody and I would recommend it. I would recommend internships generally because it provides an insight into the industry and the company which no book or article could every do. But at the end of the day, it is what you make out of it.
