The Role
The year was an enjoyable one, the social aspects are fun, the people are nice and the work is insightful.`
Perhaps undervalued at the start which may come naturally with being a placement 西瓜视频. Once I got a chance to prove my worth I feel I was given far more opportunity to express myself. All be it I think this chance to prove my worth could have came a lot earlier.
Middle of the road on this one. I was given sufficient support and guidance but only upon induction of new graduates which was 3 months into my placement year.
My utilisation throughout the course of the year was around 70% which implies i was busy for nearly 3 quarters of my day.
On projects my responsibility naturally grew larger as managers trust in me increased, by the end I was carrying out semi-structured interviews, collecting the data, analyzing it and then presenting to the client. So a lot of responsibility by the end.
It will allow me to apply my studies next year to practical examples, making the subjects more relevant and easier to take a real interest in.
The Company
A good one, fairly laid back but still very professional.
So the placement champions were brilliant, induction was really good and everyone was made to feel like part of the family. However I think there then should have been departmental placement specialists to monitor the year and add a bit more structure to the process.
To be honest they seemed to invest in the minimum. There isn't a feel that they are investing in your future, more so they are afraid to invest incase you dont come back. Which is a put off in itself

With the organisation the prospects are very good, with various different opportunities.
The Culture
Yes 100%, we met up at least once a month for drinks and various activities. I made some lifelong friends in the process. It has to be added that PwC are very good at supporting this initiative.
I was lucky enough to live at home during the year so expense wasnt an issue.
Belfast city centre - excellent.
Yes, personally I play football and have been part of the office 5 a sides.
