The Role
Although it is a good placement scheme, I did not enjoy my project but that is just personal preference.
My team were often not in the office but when they were there it was good.
My manager was quite inexperienced so couldn't give me much career advice. I was given weekly 1:1s with my manager for project support, although he didn't always follow through.
You are given ownership for your project which is good.
The Company
I was really impressed with how well the programme was organised.
