About You
I very much enjoyed every aspect of the Plymouth, with everyone being extremely welcoming, helpful and insightful.
I did feel of value to the company and my peers around me got me involved in many different aspects of the job.
I was shadowing people within all sorts of rules and guided me accordingly to the task set, with a lot of guidance in some areas and sometimes none at all and left you to produce independently, which I enjoyed.
Having this professional insight was extremely helpful in terms of my career choice more so than degree studies, but helped significantly.
The Company
Very well structured.
The general atmosphere was very friendly and upbeat.
Invested a lot, considering my short term role.
Seeing many different roles at different levels of hierarchy was very insightful.
Company culture is very strongly promoted with everyone getting behind it.

Very decent rate of pay for the insight.
Yes, other employees were very welcome to networking.
Enjoying a social activity on Friday afternoon was such a good atmosphere and opportunity to socialise with employees further.
