About You
I enjoyed the Talent Academy thoroughly. Every aspect of it was well-organised and everyone was open to answer your questions.
Even though we were a lot of 西瓜视频s, PwC employees tried to make every one of us comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the dinner with 2 partners form PwC.
We received a lot of guidance, although it was a little based so we apply to the regional offices. Nevertheless, there were recruitment advisors from all service lines so we could have a chat with them.
I did not develop any particular skills as the insight was short. On the other hand, the information was overwhelming and I feel prepared for my future applications at PwC.
The Company
The organisation was perfect. From the arrival at the hotel until we left it, everything was structured to the minute.
They covered most of my travel expenses and brought a lot of partners from PwC, which helped us in regards to our future development.
As it was just a two day event, I could not say that I am aware of what it is like to work there. The people were amazing so I would suppose it will be the same during a full time employment.
Although all the attention was focused at us, I believe we gauged a little of the company's culture by speaking to employees about their experiences.
Extremely valuable as after the event I was even more determined to join PwC.
Everything Else
There were plenty of opportunities to meet employees - informal networking sessions, dinner and games were organised during both of the days.
Yes, we found out about monthly meeting or different clubs and societies available to the employees.
Yes, definitely. It was a great experience and puts you ahead.
