The Role
It was a brilliant experience working in such a professional firm, the exposure it has provided me with to the job role was very insightful. All of my colleagues were very helpful and the training I got given was all relevant and helped me develop all the skills I needed to perform well at my tasks. Working with clients was a great opportunity and it helped me develop my interpersonal skills and confidence.
I really felt like part of the team and the work I completed was appreciated by all my colleagues - even those much more senior. The friendly atmosphere in the team made me feel comfortable at work and enabled me to get the most out of my internship.
I was given lots of support from all levels and everyone took time to coach me whenever I needed help.
There were always tasks to complete even though at the beginning work was a bit slow due the training I needed before I could complete the tasks.
I couldn't believe the amount of tasks I completed that were actually used on a clients project.
This experience has been so valuable to me. It has helped me realise which career path I want to take.
