About You
Attended Women in Business Programme -Penultimate year 西瓜视频. It was really enjoyable. For just within a week, you can experience the firm thoroughly. It is really good programme as you can meet and learn directly from the leader who is normally really busy to care lots of interns. However, as you directly follow and work shadow her, you can spend a lot of time with her and ask and learn as much as you want.
As it is a really short and intense programme that mainly shadowing a leader you are following, it could be hard to get a long term task. However, I was given a task that can be completed within a week, but also be used afterwards. By doing it, I could not only felt responsible on my own work, but also could learn a lot regarding the nature of the work and business. It really was a valuable work for me as well as for the firm.
My leader and team gave me a full support during the week. They were really helpful and kind in every aspects.
I really could experience the real business world that beyond the course taught in my degree. This programme especially makes me quickly observe it as I can shadow the work directly. I had lots of chance to attend meeting together and ask question where I cannot catch up or get curious about.
The Company
To be honest, the only downside of the programme is the structure. There is no typical routine of the week, and it is usually determined by the leader, However, it can be a good opportunity at the same time as you can fully use the week as you wish! and there always is a leader who is really supportive for you.
I could definitely feel the the atmosphere of the firm and really love it!
It is hard for me to tell now as it was an insight programme. However, the firm invest heavily on the graduates.
It was really helpful. I could meet many people in the firm and are told what they are doing. Also, I was given things like laptop and e-mail account just like a full time role.
I can experience the culture as I could feel part of the firm.
I could firmly decide my career after doing it. Also, I was get offered to come back next year as a graduate role- which is really great!!
Everything Else
I was fully paid for the week.
Yes. I could meet people from other team as I attended meeting with my leader.
There was no social event, as the week is vary for the 西瓜视频s. It could be the downside when comparing to the typical summer interns, but cannot complain!
Yes.
Definitely! Highly recommend for all of my firend
