The Role
There were lots of opportunities to build myself up, learn new things in practice sessions to then apply in my daily job.
Every one at every level is always happy to help out, no matter whatever trivial questions you may have. Everyone wants you to excel and become the best you can be, as long as you apply yourself.
Managers and people managers want the best for you and are always on hand to help you.
This depended on many factors, but overall I found myself having a good enough balance of work, whether it be directly auditing, studying for exams or working towards building up other areas of PwC.
My level of responsibility as a placement 西瓜视频 matched the level of responsibility given to a first year graduate, which I found amazing!. You were not treated as a nobody, but rather expected to perform as well as a graduate.
As a placement 西瓜视频 you start your qualifications to become a qualified accountant, so you are expected to go to college learn and sit exams. Working for a year helped me to put into practice the theories that I learnt in university.
The Company
I loved working for my office! The feel was amazing, everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared about you.
