The Role
It was an amazing experience to work with the world's biggest professional services firm and get the experience to work at huge FTSE 100 clients. I enjoyed it a lot and looking forward to join PwC as a permanent staff member.
The team members for client jobs were very friendly and were there to help you for any sort of issues or questions we had. They made sure that we were comfortable enough within the environment and enjoy our time at PwC.
I was able to seek support anytime during the work from my managers and they were more than happy to help me talk through the task or the work given.
The good thing about working in PwC is that you get things to work on and have tasks given rather than just sitting around. I was fairly busy during the day and only in between had some time without a task.
I was trusted with preparing few of the documents that were required during the audit process. As an intern, I was given a fair amount of responsibilties for my grade and I made sure I carried them professionally.
I was able to learn many new things in the audit process and the checks that are mandatory in order to carry an audit for the client. This would really help me during my third year at university in the accounting modules especially with all the practical hands on experience I was able to gain from the Internship.
