The Role
The PwC summer internship more than exceeded my expectations of what I initially thought it would be like. I was surprised at how involved I was allowed to be with the jobs I was assigned to. Everyone on the jobs I was assigned to were extremely friendly and willing to help both coach me and answer any questions I had about the work I was set. I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 week internship, meeting neew people and being assigned to different jobs meant that this internhip flew by!
All collegues I worked with were welcomming, approachable and willing to coach me whenever I had any questions about the work I was set. The atmosphere in the office wa very friendly and relaxed.
My managers and suppervisors were extremely good at explaining the work I had to complete and also very supportive throughout my internship. We would meet up frequestly for a catch up to review my progress and give me any advice.
This varied depeding on what jobs I had been assigned to. Some weeks I was extremely busy, other weeks it would be quieter - which was nice to do a bit of both.
Again responsibilty varied depdning on what job I was assigned to. Some jobs meant that I was givena fair bit of responisbilty to complete set tasks to a high standard and within a given time, where as other jobs meant I had less responsiblity and so were a bit more relaxed.
I beleive everythign I learnt will complement well my third year university modules which are finance related.

Yes was coached throughout my internship and received teaching in my first week with the firm.

No additional cost as I lived in my 西瓜视频 house which I had to pay rent for over summer anyway.
N/A Didn't go out and office location not really near any nightligtlife.
