I definitely enjoyed the insight as it provided a broad overview of the company's accounting practices. The word 'insight' really fits here, as we had a chance to try out the typical tasks of the various service lines. The networking opportunities provided also contributed highly to my overall level of enjoyment, as they gave opportunity for both formal and informal mingling with company employees.

I felt that, even given our most junior level, we were highly valued by the organizers of the insight, as well as by the more senior partners and directors of the firm. The attitude and atmosphere during the whole event was very respectful and official, which added to the feel of being highly valued.

The layout and schedule of the insight days were pretty clear overall. I felt a little bit out of place at the very arrival to the venue though, with no company staff to greet us, however it was a very minor issue. The staff was very supportive and open for questions generally.

The soft skills developed during the experience will definitely be of great use in my further academic and professional life. Communication, team-working and general inter-personal skills were of great use during the program, and i feel like I have improved them greatly. The knowledge of the specific subjects we explored will definitely benefit me in future as well.

The insight was perfectly structured. Since the time-frame of the insight was pretty tight, the organizers did a great job in fitting as much valuable events as possible, designing the exciting two day event. With all of the intensity included, the program offered lots of time to relax and network in an informal way.

The company employees also did their best to maintain the good mood in the air, by informal ice-breakers and informal networking opportunities.

The insight was a perfect opportunity to understand how a day of life of the company employee in various lines of service looks like. We explored it through the activities, and through conversations with company employees who are living those 'days of life'. As all employees were really open about their experiences it really did help to understand what it would be like to work in the company full time.

There were plenty of networking opportunities, both with senior partners and directors of the firm, as well as with analyst level employees. Everyone was very open about their roles in the company, and beyond, readily answering our questions about work/life balance, their way to employment and satisfaction with the company.
