About You
Really enjoyed, great fun and they people were easy and engaging to talk to.
Felt like they really wanted us there and that we were potentially part of their future
Some instructions were unclear about joining a night early and whether dinner would be included that evening, which it was not.
It related to my course and will be useful for interviews or assessments in the future.
The Company
Easy to follow and good sessions
Really relaxed and fun atmosphere
Had dedicated skills sessions to improve interview technique and extend our knowledge of certain topics.
Talks from current employees helped
Gave presentations on the company culture which were insightful
Good content, sometimes didn't give enough detail about what type of person thrived in that job.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed travel expenses, hotel and meals were paid for. However I arrived a night early due to long journey times, the extra night in the hotel was paid for but dinner was not, instructions were vague.
Had dinner and employees took the sessions
Good opportunity to network at a dinner, however on my table a partner was ill, so had limited contact with a partner.
