About You
The insight programme is a mixture of relaxed and intensive experience. The insight programme is not assessed so we as candidates have no pressure during the procedure and can really engaged in every activities. The two days programmes is tightly scheduled so that we could not only have a deeper view on all the service lines we are interested in, gain opportunities to ask more questions as well as get to know each other as well. I am perfectly enjoyed about the programme overall.
During the programme the current employees, from recent associates to directors, all treat us as their future workmates and are willing to include us as a part of the PWC team from the first second. We are encouraged to ask as many questions, no matter whether it is totally professional or not. And through various of networking sessions we are really engaged as a part of PWC family.
I have to say supports are everywhere. And apart from the employees there are many of your mates from different backgrounds as well, whom taught and shared me precious various of experiences and information about future work.
We got a firm insight into how PWC teams work, which particularly important from my perspective as I am much clearer about what modules should I pick and what skills should I try to pursue in particular while studying in the Uni.
The Company
The insight is well-organised. We are clearly aware of the purpose and schedule of the programme at the beginning of the programme and they are implemented very successfully. This is an intensive programme, but we do learn a lot when engaging in it.
The atmosphere is simply fantastic! Supports and laugh are everywhere. And in particular I met many fellow candidates who shared similar value towards not only work but life as well with me. We chatted, learned and developed within the programme and we soon become good friends.
I think PWC really values every early candidates. Throughout the programme we are located in a luxury hotel and enjoy the best service. Moreover they do invest a lot in our development and since they know we are early in our career path, they are really patient and generous on guiding us ahead.
We are instructed to different service line and we also have opportunities to talk to the current employees and even directors. A firm basis for working full time for PWC.
The values of PWC, particularly professionalism, teamwork and leadership, are strongly emphasized within the programme. Seeing is believing, when you really get exposed to the environment of PWC you can soon feel it.
It helps me clarify different divisions inside a company like PWC, what are their requirement and how should I improve to reach their requirement in the future.
Everything Else
All travel and accommodation costs are reimbursed.
Lots of ! From networking dinner to the walking in free-time, when you see a employee there are always some topic you can talk about.
It is relaxed and really useful. Particularly the dinner, in a relaxed environment we can learn more through talking to the senior employees, see their career path and even receive advice from them
Yes. The networking session and the quiz game after it. They really engaged as every single one of us.
Of course! Come to PWC Talent Academy, learning while playing, enjoying while learing.
