About You
The Company
The information which I received will be very useful from a personal development point. The reason for that is because of the fact that this open day enabled me to improve my Commercial Awareness which is going to be very useful for every 西瓜视频 regardless of the degree that he or she is undertaking.
I believe that the insight was very helpful to understand what would be like to have a full time role in this company. The reason was because there were a number of representatives who gave information regarding their jobs and the tasks that they have which was very, very useful.
The event was really well structured and therefore I recieved a good insight into the company's culture. I personally liked the fact that the firm gave information regarding the firm itself. Also, it was really beneficial that in the end we had the opportunity to practice on a couple of past questions.
The content was very valuable for me because it enabled me to make my firm decision on my future career path. The presentation that the employees delivered was very useful because it enabled me to understand the benefits of working in this firm and with what it is better than its competitors.
Everything Else
I was neither paid nor reimbursed for the open day. However, the reason for that was because I did not want to be reimbursed as I have had my Oyster card. Regarless of that, the firm鈥檚 policy was really accurate on the reimbursement process as it gave the chance to everyone to attend this event.
There were good opportunities for networking and meeting other employees. The fact that the firm invited trainees and recruiters enabled us to get many tips and tricks on how to succeed during the very all assessment stages. Also, I particularly liked the fact that the firm invited employees who were foreigners.
The general opportunities for networking were really good. The reason for that was because all employees of the firm were really open minded and managed to predispose everyone into a very friendly atmosphere. This was a key factor for many 西瓜视频s to apply there because to work in a friendly atmosphere is always crucial
Yes, I found out about the activities that employees can get involved in outside of work. The fact that almost all of the employees gave us more information regarding their hobbies was very useful because we had the chance to start a conversation with them during the lunch break and therefore boost our network.
I would definitely recommend this insight to a friend. The fact that a person does not have to spend hours in order to prepare his or her answer was really good because in that way the firm is allowing everyone to participate. Based on that, I would definitely recommend it.
