I enjoyed the placement. It was fun meeting new people and getting their ideas. Everyone at pwc was kind and it was a friendly atmosphere. The task that was help was difficult to understand at first but as soon as the host described it, it was easy. We got the hang of it. It was an amazing session with so many new people. it was the best job ever because it gave equal opportunities to everyone to bring forward their point of view.

Everyone at pwc or the people who were attending the program were kind and soft spoken. They valued my opinions and gave me suggestions to add on to my points. I felt that I was heard and my view points were valued. We discussed in a group and thus it was good, everyone had a chance to speak. As I was valued by others, I made sure that they feel the same. Hence when they heard my comments, I made sure that I lead my ears to their points too. This made the group work easy and made it possible to understand and follow what has been asked from us.

The management was good. Each one of us was valued and we were given equal opportunities to ask questions as well as answer the questions that were being asked. It was a good friendly atmosphere that they created. We were first offered tea and coffee to boost our energy and feel the ease to work in, with new people. The managers guided us and supported us. If some questions in the task were not clear, they helped us understand. They gave a brief introduction about PWC in the beginning which made us feel good as we knew a bit more. We had some knowledge of what we are going to be listening today. Therefore the support level was good and high in terms of rating it.

I was busy, as I had to read the instructions carefully and then follow what has been asked. We all got chance to collect our thoughts at first. We were given personal time to write and collect information. That time I was a bit busy as I had to complete the task and discuss it with my team members. It went good. It was a good balance of both communicating time and self time which kept us busy and concentrated.

I was given much responsibility as I had to read and write carefully. I made the most out of the placement as it was comfortable and also made me learn something. Since I was eager to learn I asked my new questions for myself and my team which was a kind of responsibility that I had. I was given the responsibility of reading and making my team members understand the essay that was given to us.

The skills I developed were communicating skills, group work, team building skills. I also learnt to take initiative and put forward my view points of what I thought and did. The training I received was way beyond expectations and assisted me in my degree studies as I know the path to PWC and how it will take me there. I know the different routes I can take and purse my degree. Thanks to PWC for being such a good guide.

The general atmosphere at my office is friendly. Everyone is eager to work and to get promotion. They want to be successful therefore they work day and night. They feel that their work is their life and that is how amazingly my colleagues and I work. It is fun to keep working, we do need break sometimes but even then we prefer working rather than doing nothing or just wasting time. We always learn something new from working and it is like an experience for us. It depends on the time we dedicate to work, what our results or outcome will be.

There was enough place for everyone to sit and it was comfortable enough. We liked the atmosphere. The day was well planned and we made the best use of it. We definitely enjoyed the day and a well-organized place like PWC.
