The Role
Before I was given any responsibility, I felt quite bored and didnt have alot to do. Later on into the placement, I had alot more resonsibility. Over christmas period, you are so busy feeling like you never have time to stop!
I learnt alot of skills during placement, even though at the time you do not fee it, Teamworking, leadership, time management, communication, negotiation.

There would be opportunity to go back and go to the assessment stage of the graduate scheme, but it is not the industry for me.
The Culture
Lived at home, but Bristol is a nice area.
