The Role
The Company
Very good organisation both by HR and the team members. This includes events as well as trainings.
We were trained on the desk as well as off the desk by weekly training sessions. The events / trainings HR organized were very valuable. In addition, the team members / line managers were putting a lot of effort in explaining the background of the work (during work as well as in separate sessions). I especially appreciated the opportunity that the team accounted for our work preferences (e.g. if I haven't worked on a task before, they let me work on it).
