The Role
There were times where I was stressed, but the experience is invaluable! The best experience I've ever head and I've learnt so much!
Extremely valued. I was really entrusted and it reiterated time and time again how much value I add to the team.
A lot of support was given by all of my team, and clear tailored feedback from my direct manager.
Very! Always had a load of work to do, and there was always additional options if there was any spare time.
A lot. Sometimes I felt a little too much responsibility, but it gave real insight into what it's like to work at the company.
My skills have developed at a rapid pace. The work is intense and there is alot of training and feedback given at all stages of the programme. I'm a much better developer and team worker now.
The Company
Very relaxed given it being a high pressured environment. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help at all times. Positive vibes throughout :)
Very structured, with clear direction at all times with a rigid program structure.
Alot of external and internal training was given for both soft and technical skills. There was a range of online courses to take too.

The Culture
Yes, the interns and all of us had a great time and all fully enjoyed it. Lots of bars, clubs and restaraunts around which really made evenings good.
Being in central London it was expensive, but if you manage money well it's fine.
Very good. A huge range of bars and clubs around. And of course very easy to travel around London using the tube.
Yes, teams and networks within the company always arranged lots of events to go out. Especially the intern class.
