The Role
Incredibly interesting, learned a massive amount.
Got along really well with everyone on the team, since what we cover is so broad it was hard to add much value.
Everyone was open to giving supervision/advice when asked.
Assigned major projects, so it was up to me how hard to work on them. Always something to do.
I study economics, so macro investing gives a really good intuitive feel. In addition I learned a bit more programming which will be useful.
The Company
Team gets along really well, very youthful culture.
Intern events across entire organisation, well organised.
My impression is that if you do a good job they'll take you.
The Culture
Went out with the interns a fair amount.
