About You
It was a great experience. Even though it was short, I learned a lot and made some good friends and contacts. It was great to get to know the company, what they do and what it is like working there.
I definitely felt valued. The members of staff treated us very well and wanted us to do well. Our buddies that we were assigned were great too.
We were assigned buddies at the start of the insight. The buddies were great and since they had went through something like this before, they were very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable talking to them. My colleagues were also very supportive.
I learned a lot of skills and also strengthened a lot of skills that I picked up at university. I definitely see me using these skills in the future. It was a worthwhile experience.
The Company
It was very well structured. We were always aware of what to do and it turned out to be rather fun. I enjoyed my time at the company.
The atmosphere was great. A great sense of hard-working, but also quite relaxed - I could definitely see myself working in this kind of environment in the future.
Right from the beginning, I could see that the company invested a lot in training and personal development. It was a great experience and I definitely learned a lot. The company really wants you to see it as a place you would like to work in the future.
It was a real eye-opener for me, definitely. I got to see what the employees do every day and also some of the challenges they face and how they solve them. It gave me great insight.
Very helpful indeed. Being immersed in the company, it was very easy for me to see the company culture. The culture was great and they did a good job in promoting the company to us.
Everything Else
I lived nearby so did not need to be reimbursed expenses. I was not paid.
Right from the beginning we were encouraged to speak to as many people as possible. I met a lot of people and getting to know the senior people was nerve-racking at first, but it's not all that bad really.
The networking opportunities were excellent. It was a really good way to start building my professional network. I learned a lot from the people I met and found it a really worthwhile experience.
There were quite a few opportunities to get involved. Events were organised for the other insight 西瓜视频s and this was a lot of fun. I made some friends for life. We were told that employees often do events for corporate social responsibility which was interesting to learn about.
Absolutely I would recommend this insight. If you have any interest in the company, then apply because it gives you a great way of learning more about the company and what they do.
