About You
It was interesting, it provided me with a bit more information about the company and its products, which is definitely good, considering it was only a 3 and a half hours event.
I definitely felt valued, they were treating us like potential future employees and the staff were really friendly and keen to answer all our questions.
They were helpful in most cases, answered my questions pretty promptly and most of the information I got will be helpful when I'll apply for an internship at the company.
Considering it was only a 3 and a half hours event, I really think they maximised the amount of information and career-related skills the could teach us.
The Company
The structure was great, we had presentations related to the company's products and values, and three interesting games.
It was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the presentations were also funny, not only helpful and interesting.
Considering it was only a insight day, the fact that they reimbursed our travel expenses definitely shoes that they were interested in us.
For such a short event, the information I received definitely cleared some doubts that I had about working at the company.
The presentations were really focused on this aspect, the company culture, and they outlined their values and beliefs.
Everything Else
I am definitely more interested in joining BlackRock's graduate program after I went to this event.
Yes, after the last of the three games, we had about 40 minutes- an hour to talk and get feedback from employees from the firm, including from the recruitment division, which was really helpful.
The employees were helpful and keen to answer our questions. Maybe it would have been better if there were more of them, considering there were quite a lot of 西瓜视频s at this event (around 80).
I don't remember this topic being discussed at the event, maybe that is one thing that they could add. But, on the other hand, it was only a three and a half our event, so there isn't that much time.
If you are interested in joining BlackRock, this event is a great opportunity to get some insight into the company, learn a bit about how it is to work there and clear your doubts.
