About You
It was a great day to learn about BP and what their graduate program entails.
A lot of people were made available to talk to us for us to gain an insight.
There were enough people to guide us and not too many that we felt overcrowded.
I don't feel like I developed any skills but it has made me more aware of the opportunities in the engineering world.
The Company
Really good day, lots of interesting activities although the game in the afternoon didn't add to the experience.
Everyone seemed like they really wanted to be there to chat to us.
Just one day was enough to learn about the graduate program and things shown to us looked like they had been very well prepared.
Talking to the graduates was the best way to gauge what life is actually like at the company.
The flexi Fridays and the graduate socials seem like a really good way to show off that the company wants you to enjoy your stay.
Everything Else
This really helped me to come to this day, as I don't live very close to the campus
Plenty of opportunities to meet the graduates and other members of BP who had lots of knowledge to impart.
Helpful to meet this and get the actual picture, which is portrayed very well.
Yes I mentioned flexi Fridays and graduate socials which make BP an even more appealing prospect to work for.
Really helpful to decide what you want to do and also learning about different roles within the company.
