About You
Some interesting and enjoyable sessions, but others were a bit repetitive.
The company was clearly interested in persuading Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs to apply for internship and graduate roles.
Only a day long insight but still some tips on the application process.
Tips on the application process would be useful if applying for role at the company.
The Company
Timetable for the entire day was provided in the morning.
All employees were enthusiastic and happy to talk about their work.
Only a day long insight so no opportunity for training.
Presentations from people on graduate scheme and the opportunity to talk with others in the company about their jobs.
Some talk about the more social aspects of working for the company
Good for an overview of the industry but less useful at selecting a specific role.
Everything Else
Travel was arranged by the company
Lunch with employees and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the day.
Employees were happy to share details of their careers and experiences.
Some mention of social life outside of work
If they want to learn a bit about the industry, yes, but if they are after guidance on a specific role, no.
