About You
It was really a good opportunity to see what it is like to work in this company. I got a quite deep understanding about Barclays and banking in general.
Everyone who participated were encouraged to participate in the activities.
I didn't have any problems during my insight but I always felt that if I did I can easily approach the organizers.
Everyone who participated were encouraged to participate in the activities. We had a presentation skills, soft skills and interview technique training. I believe that I really got a better understanding of these areas.
The Company
It was really well structured. We didn't have any problems regarding the event in general.
We received a number of training for the group in general. In addition to that, everyone had an opportunity to do work shadowings that gave a great insight of the specific roles.
During the first day we received a lot of information about banking and the company in general. Later we had work shadowings that gave really good insights about the roles.
We had a presentation about the values in the company and we had to discus them and decide how we will achieve them.
Everything Else
We got paid 拢250 to reimbursed our stay in London.
We had two networking events and we were encourage to arrange our own after the official part of the day.
