  • Well-structured and informative.

  • All in the graduate recruitment team, which was in charge of the event, were all very friendly.

  • The graduate recruitment team and current members of staff (some in the graduate programme) were all very open about their experiences and keen to answer any questions.

  • No skill developed as this was only a one-day insight event. Learnt about the oil and gas industry, and various jobs involved.

  • The day was very well structured, and followed a timetable.

  • Very casual and friendly atmosphere.

  • Not applicable as it was only an insight day.

  • Several current Challengers (those in the graduate programme) and senior staff spoke to us about their roles and work.

  • Had a tour around the office, staff all seemed happy and friendly.

  • BP covered travel costs, a meal and one night's stay at a hotel in Aberdeen.

  • Current Challengers stayed for tea and we were free to ask them questions.

  • Could talk to Challengers but not so much more senior staff.
