About You
I learned a lot more about BP and became more interested in the company. I now know I would enjoy working for BP and wish to pursue the opportunities BP offers.
I felt the company really valued Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs with an interest in working with them and wanted to employ as many as possible.
We were given a lot of guidance on how to apply to BP for an internship/graduate job.
The insight was focused on giving information about BP and their recruitment opportunities and not based on skill development.
The Company
It ensurd all our questions were answered and gave us a broad view of the compaines operations.
Most people were enthusiastic to learn about more about the company but some Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs put a damper on the atmosphere by not taking much interest.
I felt there was no development or personal training involved during the discovery day.
The recent graduates helped provide a good insight into what working with BP would be like.
Again, the graduates provided a lot of information on this.
I now know I would enjoy working in the oil and gs industry/
Everything Else
Our travel and accommodation expenses were paid.
Yes, we met graduates and several other employees with more senior positions.
There were a few games that involved teamwork and problem solving.
We learned about lots of opportunities such as hiking trips and skiing trips.
Yes, I think anyone looking to learn about BP or the oil and gas industry would find it useful. However, I feel a lot of the information could be found online.
