The Role
I really enjoyed my time at BP. I found it to be very fufilling.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My team made an effort to make me feel welcome.
My line manager was a little inexperienced in managing, but other than that I recived all the support I required.
At the start I had a little too much free time. At the end the opposite was true!
My project was clearly realistic and was of value to the company.
I developed alot of soft skills particularly and also recived training in relevent computer software.
The Company
My office was a little quiet, but everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Everything was organised very smoothly, though a little more transparancy would have been nice.
There was lots of opportunity for professional development.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I would love an opportunity to work for BP.
The Culture
I lived with several other interns and we organised regular social events.
I was based in Hull, which is very cheap.
The area was a little rough, but once you got used to it a lot of fun!
There is lots to do in the area, although a car is required to take advantage of a lot of it.
