    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Really good opportunity to talk to Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs on their graduate scheme and to get a feel for the type of work that BP does. I enjoyed the Energy game also and it was a good experience to get information on how to apply for internships.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • Not really applicable, but it was clear that the staff had put in a lot of work to make our time as informative and enjoyable as possible. For example, tours were organised and there were plenty of graduates and other BP staff (even from other UK locations) who were there to offer advice and more information.

  • Really good opportunity to quiz the graduates in order to get guidance/tips for applying to BP in future years.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Knowledge gained will help me in applying for future internship positions.

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • Already had some idea of BP's culture through reading their website but it's difficult to accurately understand this without speaking to employees and hearing their experiences. BP seems like a company that really values its employees as they leave no expense in ensuring their employees' personal development.
