The Role
Very interesting, good overview of the company was delivered.
Great welcome. People very keen to talk to me.
BP people were very happy to answer to all my questions and try to develop my personal skills for the intern
It was a very interactive day and enjoyable a really good insight
was an intern insight day, therefore no responsibility expected
Very important to understand how the company works and find out more about the Oil&Gas industry
The Company
People seemed to really enjoy themselves at work, was a truly busy yet relaxed atmospher
very structured intern day, as expected as its available to lots of Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs.
BP were very keen to highlight the fact they are willing to train - it was good to knw they are willing to teach
employment with this company is attractive however BP made it known its very competitive to get in, i would like to go work at BP
The Culture
as it was an intern day no, but the general BP atmosphere for colleagues was that events do happen.. so it would be a good place for socialising
Yorkshire is an expensive place, not as expensive as london but still expensive nightlife here is good though
lots of bars and clubs, Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ town, fairly cheap on Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ nights
nothing really highlighted at BP as to whast activities they offer however the town offers powerleague and gymnasiums and swimming clubs.
