The Role
It was really good experience for me. Especially location, environment. Easy to concentrate and relax if you are tired.
I felt like a guest, but overall people was very kind and friendly to me.
I was given all basic information about company and how things are done, how to apply properly. Also I had an amazing tour around the campus and had a really good lunch.
During first 3-4 hours I was quite busy, attending meetings, having lunch, but all the rest time I was doing almost nothing. But still it was good time.
All I was doing is just watching presentations and listening what people are saying to me.
Definitely it was an amazing experience for me. One example of what my future could be.
The Company
It was unbelievably friendly, everybody was so kind, I felt really good and confident.
It could be better in terms of things to do, but overall it was very good organised.
It was only one day, but still company paid for my travel expenses and food.
Subsidised Canteen
Difficult to say, because it was only 1 day intern shadowing. But probably in the future I'd consider applying to work at BP.
The Culture
We had similar interests and it was easy to find common things to talk about.
As I already said it was only 1 day, so I can't answer this question.
