The Role
I attended a Discovery Day in Aberdeen. Overall, it was very enjoyable, especially in terms of the information delivered and quality of the interventions.
N/A
Staff was always ready to answer questions, including those that had not been asked to take part in the tour.
The Discovery Day only lasted a single day, but there was always something to do, with a good balance between tours, talks, and networking.
N/A
All in all, the Discovery Day was extremely informative, and gave me a clear idea of the nature of the work at BP, and wether I would enjoy it.
The Company
As I was with fellow Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵs during the whole day, the atmosphere was generally very relaxed and unpretentious.
Organisation was good, with all activities set up in advance, and little to no hiccups.
BP seems to provide a very training scheme, as opposed to other companies who simply throw graduate intakes into jobs with little training.
