People are very friendly, highly approachable and patient. I found this to be true for most of my colleagues, specially the senior managers and directors.
Had frequent 1:1's
Good balance.
Adequate. Not too much, not too less.
Developed life skills including communication, team work, working under pressure etc.
The Company
Professional.
Everything was preplanned. Loved the senior management lunch time talks almost every other week.
Plenty of learning and training courses available.
