The Role
I had 10 great weeks in RBS M&IB and as their proposal goes it is the "Right Place" to be. I believe RBS offers the best internship programme out there in terms of Training, Learning and work experience at the desk.
In both teams that I rotated in my colleagues made me feel that I was part of the team since a long time and this made the whole experience as a hobby.
My line manager was very supportive and gave me very good guidance throughout the organization and also other senior people were very helpful and supportive during the internship.
The amount of workload was the perfect balance for me to learn and give my best in delivering the best output.
In terms of responsibilty I was very lucky to have worked on very important projects for the organization.
